Professional Statement:

Phillip T. Glyptis concentrates his practice on civil litigation including professional liability, general products liability, deliberate intent, insurance, premises liability and commercial/general litigation matters. He regularly represents clients before state and federal courts in both West Virginia and Ohio in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation and mediations through hearings and trials.

Mr. Glyptis' professional liability experience includes representing physicians, nurses, long term care facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and other health care providers in actions brought under West Virginia's Medical Professional Liability Act and Ohio's Medical Malpractice Act. With a background in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Glyptis is also uniquely equipped to represent clients in legally and technically complex matters. He has represented a diversified client base ranging from individuals and family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies in personal injury, products liability, insurance, contract and property law cases.
