Timothy L. Mayo engages in a broad litigation practice which includes employment law, commercial litigation, product liability, medical malpractice, general insurance defense work. He regularly represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative boards in all phases of litigation, including arbitrations, mediations, hearing and trials.

Mr. Mayo's experience in representing business clients includes the prosecution and defense of business litigation involving companies from Germany, Brazil, and the Untied Kingdom. In addition, Mr. Mayo provides employment advice, hosts in-house seminars, and provides a full range of business activities from premises litigation to products liability cases. He has been involved in defending numerous wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury suits.

  • Obtained numerous dismissals of manufacturers and retailers in products liability and construction litigation cases.
  • Successfully prosecuted personal injury lawsuit which was settled in excess of $1,250,000.
