Bio

Alonzo D. Washington's practice involves a broad range of litigation matters, with special emphasis on product liability warranty, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, subrogation and other complex litigation matters. He is also experienced in handling claims involving automotive warranty litigation, surety and construction law. Mr. Washington's clients include regional, national and global manufacturers, including members of the Fortune 500. He regularly represents clients before all West Virginia Courts of record and the United States District Courts. He also has experience in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Washington has successfully tried cases to juries and received verdicts in favor of his clients.

As a former football player for WVU, Mr. Washington has been involved in speaking to young college athletes about the importance of education and the balance between sports and studies.
