Caleb P. Knight joined Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso in the fall of 2010. He concentrates his civil litigation and regulatory practice in the areas of corporate transactions, employment law and health care law.

Mr. Knight’s practice involves the representation of health care providers and employers involved in regulatory litigation and compliance, certificate of need, privacy and security, joint ventures, professional disciplinary and licensure matters, technology issues, acquisitions, sales and mergers and other health and business law issues.
