Ted Martin is an original member of Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso, having been with the firm since its inception in 1991. He has concentrated his practice exclusively in the areas of medical malpractice and health care law. As a lead trial attorney, he has represented physicians and hospitals in a variety of medical negligence cases in both state and federal courts.  He also provides counsel to hospitals, hospital medical staffs and health care providers in the area of professional liability risk management.
